Our company had a wonderful stay, and the whole team made us feel welcome with their professionalism and hospitality. Mr. Anwar, the Front Office Manager, was very cooperative and made the arrangements smooth for our group. Mr. Tamer deserves special thanks for managing our booking with such care. He kept in touch at every step, paid close attention to our requests, and made sure everything went as planned. He even postponed his weekly day off to support us throughout the stay. The staff's warm welcome and excellent service made the visit comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back.

The food is buffet style, so there's always something to find, and although I don't have food allergies myself, I've seen how carefully the head chef looks after guests who do. The grounds are kept tidy by housekeeping and garden staff, and the location and facilities are excellent, with two pools and a fantastic beachfront. I've been coming twice a year since 2015 and wouldn't choose anywhere else. Everyone is great, from reception and the porters who take you to your room to the restaurant team and pool staff. Their welcome feels sincere, and they're all friendly and professional. I can't recommend the Old Palace enough.

The beach and sea are gorgeous, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The beach bar is excellent, with the best bartenders, even though they're working nonstop. The beach staff are great too and always try to help. Khaled is the best. The service from everyone is excellent, and people are helpful without being pushy. The animation team does a great job as well. Big thanks to everyone. Gabriela and Marcela, Czech Republic 🍀❤️

The stay was comfortable and well organized from the moment I arrived, and the relaxing atmosphere and clean, well-kept rooms exceeded my expectations. I would happily come back and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable, memorable stay. Ahmad Mahmoud, the restaurant manager, really stood out for his persistence and dedication. His care with the details and commitment to good service made a difference, and his passion for the job was clear. Dr kirollos Moheb is a very professional doctor who keeps hygiene standards in the restaurant excellent. That attention to cleanliness is reassuring. Highly recommended.

The little things made this stay stand out. They even cleaned the loungers and sifted stones out of the sand every day. The staff were lovely, and everything was very clean. I arrived at Old palace resort without expecting much and ended up having a completely great first visit. Nobody asked me to post this, and I’ll definitely be back.
