Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park - Neverland Hurghada

The children and adults all loved our stay. The organization, activities, cleanliness and atmosphere were wonderful, and the staff were especially kind from start to finish. Every little detail made the place feel magical and timeless. I haven’t seen a hotel this incredible before, and it’ll be hard to find another with the same quality and energy. Thanks to the whole team for a vacation we won’t forget. We’re leaving with great memories.

The team worked hard all around the resort, constantly improving areas and keeping things running smoothly. Housekeeping kept the rooms in great shape every day, and cleanliness clearly mattered throughout. We found the food fresh and well prepared, with a good range for different tastes. Staff were kind, attentive and ready to help at any hour, making sure guests were comfortable. I had a lovely stay at this resort in Egypt and would happily return. Definitely recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

The water slides were class, and the resort is a great one to experience once. But there’s only one heated pool out of 38, and the place never felt relaxing to me. We go away to soak up the sun and unwind, so maybe a resort this big just wasn’t for us. There’s a lot of walking; the little bus is infrequent and doesn’t reach every area. It was very clean and tidy, but we didn’t get the friendliness we’d experienced at a smaller resort. I suppose that’s harder with so many people around. Book the show when you arrive or you may miss it. We didn’t know about it in time, and the other entertainment felt amateur. The huge stage also hid the performers’ skills. The technology was exceptional, and the VR room was amazing, but the way they handled weight checks could be more discreet. It didn’t affect me, but I watched someone else being humiliated and felt so bad for them that I left in disgust. You should never weigh people in front of others. The food was generally good. The resort was clean, and we didn’t tip many staff because the service lacked personal touches. It’s a big place, but size isn’t everything. Think about what you want from your holiday before choosing it. We nicknamed it Neverland Never Again.

We were impressed by the service and range of attractions on our first visit to the Neverland Jungle Hotel. Mr. Moamen Salah gave us a warm welcome and excellent service, and we’d be glad to return and see him again. The staff’s dedication and the hotel’s cleanliness were top-notch. Neverland is a lovely place for adults and children alike, and we’re already planning our next vacation there.
