Sphinx Aqua Park Beach Resort

We feel at home at the Sphinx, which is why we've already started thinking about another holiday even though we only got back two days ago. This was our second visit this year and our third in total, and we don't want to stay anywhere else. The owner was very pleasant when we met him a few days ago, and he clearly respects his staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and polite. There's lots of food to choose from, and it tastes good, from fruit and vegetables to sweet and savory dishes and main courses. Drinks are included, and if the choices don't suit you, you can order beer or mixed drinks. The grounds keep getting improved, and the cleaning is great: daily bed changes, fresh towels, water, and toiletries are available in the room if you want them. Younger and older kids can enjoy the water park that's part of the complex. We're completely satisfied and have nothing to complain about. Thanks for another fantastic holiday, we're looking forward to seeing you again!

The people made this stay special. Their warmth, friendliness, and good energy made it feel like a place where real friendships could grow, not just a hotel. My son and I spent nearly 20 lovely days here, and we'll carry those memories with us: sunshine, smiles, kindness, and friendship. We were there for almost two wonderful weeks, with beautiful sea views, plenty of sun, and clean, well-kept surroundings. From day one, the staff welcomed us and were attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Our room stayed neat and clean, housekeeping did a great job each day, and reception was always ready to help. There was a good range of food, with different tasty options served three times a day. The animation team brought lots of energy with music, dancing, and evening shows. We especially enjoyed the upbeat spirit of “Snoop Dog” and Samba, who helped everyone feel included. When bad weather cancelled our flight, the hotel handled everything professionally. Special thanks to manager Mr. Hamid for communicating clearly and arranging an extension right away, so we could stay safely without stress. We're grateful to everyone at Sphinx Aqua Park Beach Resort and would confidently recommend it. If you visit, come without high expectations and enjoy the sun, sea, and sincere hospitality. We'll definitely return.

The evening noise could go on until midnight sometimes, and the food seems geared toward the Russian guests, who outnumber people from other countries. The place could use some upgrading too. In winter, the pool should be heated, not just the aqua park. Still, I'd say it's good value for money.

The check-in was great, big thanks to the young man at reception. But at checkout, the guy was glued to his own phone and couldn't seem to care less about guests leaving. I stood at the desk for a full two minutes waiting for him to notice me while he scrolled. On top of that, even when you're on a sunbed in the hotel's closed area, the sales guys come by every day pushing random trips or experiences. The hotel itself is old and worn everywhere you look, and it feels like nothing is being done to stop it getting worse. There are loose tiles in the pool, and both the food and how it's served are bad. It was a really poor experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Spend your money somewhere better.
