The food was delicious, and the animation team kept everyone laughing and having a great time. If you’re going, make sure to reserve at Paprika, their Italian restaurant. We thought the food and experience were well worth it. The staff were so friendly and professional that from the moment we arrived I felt like the property owner. They were genuinely helpful and often noticed what we needed before we asked. A big thanks to Mr. Mostafa from the terrace for making breakfast so nice, Chef Mohamed for serving pineapple just how my wife likes it, and Mr. Amr, the manager, for sorting out our restaurant reservations. Everything about our stay felt perfect. It’s the best hotel stay I’ve ever had!

The wellness centre’s Muhammed explained their services really well, from massage and spa treatments to saunas. We tried one and 👍. Ishila, Ahmed and the Magic World entertainment team made the trip extra special with lovely service all round. Beautiful place, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The kids, aged 6 to 11, all had a brilliant time at the pool and water park, and the whole hotel was clean and very well maintained. We’re a family of six, and my husband and I expected we might be split up, but we got adjoining rooms with an internal door, so we all had plenty of space. The rooms were superb. Our cleaner was smiley and trustworthy, though I think his name was Mustafa. Every staff member we met was helpful and the service was impeccable, unlike anywhere I’ve been before. I was initially unsure about Egypt, but a well-priced last-minute deal made it too tempting to leave the rubbish weather in England. From arrival to departure, we had an amazing stay, and we’ll definitely return. 🥰🤩

The food, drinks and service were the best I’ve had at a hotel, and the week’s buffet selection never got boring. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all superb, with snacks like burgers and pizza available after 10:00. The all-inclusive drinks included beer and cocktails. The hotel was clean throughout, with staff constantly keeping things tidy, and the room was especially well looked after. Our family room for four was good, though I’d rate it a strong 4-, not a 5-star. We arrived before official check-in after a short airport transfer, and the lobby looked luxurious. After a 5-hour flight, we had breakfast, and the concierge took us to our room, a lovely surprise as we hadn’t expected to get in before 14:00. There were activities for kids and sports for adults during the day, plus shows and music after 21:00. The noise stayed at a normal level, so nights were quiet. WiFi reached the whole hotel and the beach. A regular bus took under 10 minutes to the beach and left every 30 minutes. The beach was good, and we rented snorkel kits from the local dive shop for the day. We chose it for the kids and water park, and it didn’t disappoint. We spent hours in the aquapark each day, and most pools were heated, which was great. Excellent value for money. We’ll definitely come back!
