The food is tasty and varied, and the gardens are immaculate. The rooms are very well maintained, and it’s a beautiful hotel. One thing to improve: the coffee machines often don’t work or the drinks come out lukewarm. They’re used a lot and need regular servicing. The entertainment is excellent, especially Luba’s stretching and yoga classes. She’s inspiring, makes everyone feel welcome and at ease, and has huge potential. The hotel is lucky to have her on the team. Thank you for a lovely holiday so far.

The beach, quay, swimming lagoon and snorkeling area were all lovely, with plenty of palapas and loungers. The buffet’s Egyptian specialties were always there, and the Egyptian night buffet was incredible. Everything we ate was very tasty, so congratulations to the chefs and kitchen team. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well landscaped. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we’d expect in a luxury hotel. Everyone we met, from waiters and barmen to kitchen staff, cleaners, lifeguards and activity staff, was so kind and generous. They made every day of our stay special. 10/10 on every level. Thanks, Tropitel!

There’s plenty for a family to do here, from the three pools and beach snorkeling spot to the indoor games and organized entertainment. We’re vegetarian, and the chef and his team always made sure we had food we could enjoy. The resort itself is beautiful, and the service was exemplary.

The snorkeling nearby was a real highlight: clear water, lovely marine life, and friendly, professional dive staff who made each dive feel safe and enjoyable. The hotel was relaxing and welcoming, with a clean, comfortable, well-kept room. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I’d happily come back for another comfortable visit and great diving.

We spent a lovely week relaxing and walking along the beach. It’s a quiet location, the food is great, and the staff are fantastic. Some areas feel a little worn, especially the bathrooms, though renovations are underway. Excellent value. Well done 👍
