JAZ Neo Dar El Madina

The staff made our second stay at JAZ Neo Dar El Madina every bit as enjoyable as the first. Their hospitality is a big reason we’re already planning another visit, and we’d happily recommend the resort. I do have one concern for management: during our stay, a baby was crying at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we also heard crying by the pool. I can imagine how difficult it would be to have a baby crying through the night in the next apartment. In my view, babies under three don’t benefit much from a resort holiday and can disturb other guests, especially in a warm climate. I hope management considers limiting stays to families with children aged three or older, and that we won’t encounter babies on our next visit.

The house reef was a real highlight. We kept going back to snorkel among the clear water, colorful fish, and vivid coral. We also enjoyed the little souk beside the hotel, whether browsing local shops or looking for souvenirs. At the hotel, the animation team offered daily activities without getting in the way, and the food was delicious. The small, cozy setting felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the attentive staff made us feel at home. Kareem and Omar checked in on us each day, while Mohammed made the cocktails we enjoyed during the holiday. Jaz Dar El Medina brings together friendly service and lovely natural surroundings. We’ll definitely return.

Omar from guest relations was cooperative, professional, and kind, and he was a great help with anything we asked. The front office team were friendly too. We especially enjoyed the food at the main restaurant, which was a 10, and at Al-Sofra oriental restaurant, a lovely choice for a special dinner. The taste and service were both excellent.

We spent five days at Jaz Neo Dar El Madina and were very happy with the service. It’s a small, quiet hotel within the larger Coraya complex, so there’s plenty of space around it. The lagoon was great for snorkeling, both from the beach and from the pier, and the food was very tasty. The waiters were always attentive. The aquapark is huge and a lot of fun. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
