The entertainment team made my two weeks here feel special, with their smiles and good energy from morning through the night. With the new manager, it all feels even more joyful. Thank you all for the lovely days and unforgettable evenings. I'll be back in a month and can't wait to see everyone again. The sea and reef are like a dream, and the beach is clean and beautifully cared for. Sitting there brought me real peace. My room was lovely and comfortable, with a stunning sea view. It was spotless and fresh every day, and waking up to that view is something I'll remember. Meals were delicious, fresh, and well prepared, with lots of variety and different cuisines each day and night. Special thanks to Mohamed from the restaurant for his kindness, professionalism, and warm smile, which made every meal nicer. What sets this place apart most is its people. From the highest positions to the smallest, everyone puts their heart into the work. I felt welcomed like family, not just like a guest. I've stayed in hotels across many countries and cities, but Jannah Amarina has a feeling all its own. It feels like magic, and the moments here feel deeper and more alive.

I needed medical care while on holiday in Egypt and went to Elite Plus Clinics. I was very pleased with the care I received. Dr. Ahmad Mikkawyi was attentive and professional, stayed available, and made sure I was ready to fly home. He also dealt directly with the insurance company and handled the paperwork himself. The house reef was a real highlight, with clear water and lots of fish for snorkeling, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the tasty food and the warm atmosphere at Amarina Jennah Hotel, and we'd gladly return. We were unlucky enough to get sick during the holiday, but the clinic doctor was exceptionally professional and friendly. He took the time to explain things clearly and went out of his way to care for me. Thanks to him, I could get back to enjoying the trip as soon as possible. We felt very well looked after and highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms are clean and well kept, the hotel is beautiful, and the food is just perfect. We first stayed here with our family for 2 Weeks last February, and came back again this year, partly because of Mohammed. He's always friendly, helpful, and gives truly outstanding service.
