Marina Lodge Port Ghalib

The staff are what make this hotel feel so special. Nancy was always smiling, kind and ready to help, while receptionist Mahmoud Allisy and waiters Mohammed Al-Sheikh and Mamdouh were friendly and polite. Panda from the animation team was upbeat and invited guests to activities without being pushy. The housekeeper left a different towel decoration each day, which was a fun surprise, and Chef Adham kept an eye on everything in the kitchen. The food was fantastic. This was my second visit, and I definitely plan to come back again.

The food was the highlight for us. It was varied, carefully made and the best hotel food we've had anywhere. My wife needs gluten-free meals, and once we told the staff, Chef Adam personally prepared lovely dishes for her each time. We really appreciated that care. Ahmed, one of the waiters, was also wonderful. He was polite and professional, brought orders quickly, remembered guests' names and made the place feel welcoming. The whole team gave us warm, attentive service, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was cozy, comfortable and well prepared, a solid 4 out of 5 for us. We had a wonderful time at Marina Lodge Port Khalid and left with lovely memories. We'd be happy to return.

The Safari trip gave us beautiful views and was a wonderful experience. Back at the hotel, the room was just right, the food was superb, and the active, helpful animation team made our Christmas 2025 holiday special. Thanks to Carlos and Alaa Din from the team, and to all the staff who were kind, helpful and smiling. We'd definitely come back.

We found the hotel clean and relaxed, and it felt like good value for the money. The staff were the best part, always kind, helpful and smiling. There was plenty to keep things lively, with daytime activities and evening shows from a really energetic animation team. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to Marina Lodge.
