Abd Allah, Moatasem and Khaled at the resort bar made us feel welcome all day, with their friendliness, genuine smiles, and positive attitude. They’re approachable and attentive, and the cocktails were delicious, carefully made, and served with care. Their dedication really shows and helped make the resort feel warm and relaxed. Thanks for making our stay even more enjoyable.

The beach was a bit disappointing because the coral underfoot makes it painful to walk into the sea without shoes, but that was a minor thing for us. The hotel’s main areas are well maintained, and they’re working on improvements in the more tired sections. Staff were fantastic, especially Sayed and Mohamed in the restaurant and Mahmood, who looked after our room. The all-inclusive food was typical but there was always something nice to eat, including nightly pizza, a pasta station, salad bar, daily specials, and other hot options. Great value for money, and yes, we’d return.

I love keeping active, so the daily activity schedule from the animation team was a real plus. Olivia was especially joyful, approachable, and full of energy. You need more Olivias at the hotel! Everyone was pleasant and the service was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff themselves were kind, hardworking, and clearly doing their best, and they deserve respect. The management, though, came across as rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to guests. Our room had mold, a persistent bad smell, and poor hygiene. Room service didn’t come for two whole days, leaving us without towels, and the beach towels were torn and seemed poorly washed. The buffet was mediocre, and insects around the outdoor areas made meals unpleasant. Getting around was another problem. Even after booking directly with the hotel, we were made to use its taxis at three times normal prices, while outside taxis were prevented from picking us up. That felt unfair and unprofessional. This was a complete disappointment, and I’d strongly advise against staying here. Sharm El Sheikh has much better options for a relaxing trip.
