Grand Rotana Hotel Resort and Spa

Grand Rotana Resort & Spa feels like a quiet oasis, away from the busy parts of Sharm El Sheikh. The grounds are spacious, beautifully designed, and full of greenery. Its house reef is one of the best in the area, and snorkeling straight from the jetty was unforgettable: clear water, vibrant coral, and colorful fish. The rooms were comfortable, large, clean, and well kept, with lovely views and excellent housekeeping. Food was very good, with fresh options and a nice range each day. The staff were always smiling, attentive, professional, and friendly. We really felt welcome.

The grounds are lush and well cared for, and the wide, beautiful beach has clean, clear water. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety from day to day. What made us feel comfortable throughout, though, was the caring, attentive team and their warm, professional manner. A wonderful stay from beginning to end. I'd gladly return and recommend it.

The property's design and atmosphere really stood out as soon as I arrived. My stay was incredible, with a consistently happy, smooth, high-quality experience. I've already been recommending the hotel to my family and friends, and I'll definitely return for another visit. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this is it.

We left already eager to plan another trip, and met other guests who'd tried many Sharm resorts but said Grand Rotana was their favorite and that they'd returned only here. Our family has taken more than 10 trips to different 5-star resorts, and this has become our favorite all-inclusive. The hospitality exceeded our expectations: whenever we needed help, it came quickly, and often with more than we expected. As vegetarians, we usually struggle with buffet options, but head chef Mohamed Anwar greeted us at every meal, asked what he'd especially prepare, and served us generous portions so our dietary needs didn't mean missing out. We've never had this level of care elsewhere, and were so grateful. The food was fresh and prepared daily. If you have a dietary requirement, I'd recommend the hotel without hesitation; just let them know. Cleaning was great, both inside and outside the room. Even in the off season, there was beach volleyball, step aerobics, dance shows, and shows for children. The resort has a long private stretch of beach and plenty of beds. Stairs at the diving point make it easy to get into the sea for swimming or snorkeling and see beautiful marine life. Even in peak winter, in January, the water was a nice temperature.
