The bathroom and toilet had very weak water pressure, and the room wasn't properly maintained. I also found a lot of cockroaches in the room, and I have photos showing the problem. For a place advertised as 5-star, that level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. Food was limited in both quality and variety, more like what I'd expect at a 3-star hotel. Staff generally weren't welcoming, and many seemed more focused on tips than on helping, which made things uncomfortable. With the poor service, food, cleanliness, and water pressure, I wouldn't stay at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh again or recommend it.

The beach was a little rocky, though the water was clear and a good temperature. We had a really good time overall. The staff were friendly, and the Animators looked after us and kept us entertained. Leloya and Liza were especially lovely, keeping us informed about events in and outside the hotel and spending time with us.

The experience was far below what I'd expect from a hotel in this category. I appreciate that management responded promptly and professionally to the concerns I raised during my stay. They offered to change the rooms and gave us a complimentary night as a goodwill gesture. Their attention to my feedback showed a real commitment to customer satisfaction.

The sea view from the sea side is wonderful, and everything is close at hand there. The hotel has two separate buildings, the sea side and the garden side, with a road between them, and I found the sea side more comfortable. We did have a few issues, but the staff were helpful. Many thanks to restaurant manager Abdei Satar, chef Hazer, and Yousef from the animation team for making our days special. I'd love to return, definitely to the sea side. With love from Turkey 🇹🇷

I have to head home tomorrow, which is the only bad part of this holiday. We've been here for a week, and everything has been amazing: the staff, room cleaners, food, beach, and sea. Ten out of ten for everything. Well done, Novotel. I'll never forget this holiday.
