The location is lovely, and all the staff were welcoming and very nice, except the manager, who didn't seem very apologetic when we mentioned our room's condition. The sheets and towels were dirty on arrival, and we found a bullet shell in the safe. Other guests also had rooms that weren't clean, so this seems to be an issue across the hotel. We stayed for a week. With better cleanliness, it would be a lovely hotel.

The beach is very narrow and has no shower, and the room's air conditioner is weak. The restaurant is poor. The people are good, but they don't have enough resources.

I stayed here in 2006 and it was really, really wonderful. The service was good, and the food was delicious. I hope I can visit again. Sam/ Australia
