The one thing that fell short was the alcohol selection. We'd read about it in earlier reviews, so we'd suggest buying alcohol at the duty-free shop in your home country before you arrive. The food, on the other hand, had lots of options for different tastes. We spent 5 nights here. It's spacious and adults-only, which made it easy to relax. You can reach the sea from the beach or pier, and the underwater scenery is like an aquarium, perfect for snorkeling. There were sports and entertainment during the day and in the evenings. Even when things were busy, staff stayed friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel were very clean and constantly maintained.

The person who cleaned our room, 2114, deserves special thanks. It was impeccably clean, and we always came back to a perfectly tidy room. That kind of care is what made us feel at home. We arrived to a clean, well-kept place and felt welcome from the start. The staff clearly take pride in their work and did their best to make guests comfortable. Service was attentive, professional, and always came with a smile. The food was fresh and good. A little more variety in the menu would be nice, but we were satisfied. A beautiful building is one thing, but it's the people who make a hotel great. Staff who go the extra mile turn an ordinary stay into a memorable one. Their effort doesn't go unnoticed, and it's the main reason we enjoyed our time here.

Nader and Mahmoud from the Pool Bar Staff deserve a special mention. Drinks were always coming, so we didn't have to get up, and whenever I sat down he had my flat white right there, ha! They also seemed to get along really well with everyone, which was nice to see. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms spotless, and the food lovely every day. Amazing experience, highly recommend.

Romany deserves a shoutout for keeping my room, 1231, sparkling clean every day. Mr. Mohamed Nabih at reception was professional and gave me a warm welcome, and Pepsi, Mando, and IBO from the animation team kept things lively. Thanks as well to the bar staff for their great service. The place was spotless, hospitality was outstanding, and staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I had great vibes throughout my stay, highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!
