Pickalbatros Palace Resort - Sharm El Sheikh

We got an early check-in and a room upgrade, which made a good stay even better. We were in room 1219, and Mr. Sayed deserves a special thank you for his amazing work and talent. I'd never experienced customer service like his. Every worker was welcoming, kind, and ready to help. The cleanliness was on another level too. Each night, staff deep-cleaned every inch of the hotel, and you could really see the care they put into maintaining the resort. One of the best resorts I've stayed at. Keep up the great work!

The towel card system put a real damper on our stay at an otherwise large, beautiful resort with enjoyable rooms, pools, and atmosphere. Guests only get a limited number of cards and must trade one for a towel. Lose a card and you're charged as though the towel itself is missing, which seems excessive for a plastic card. Staff wouldn't provide a towel if you forgot your card, no matter what the circumstances. My children were in the pool on a cold day, and we needed towels to warm them up. I explained, but they still refused to help. A hotel of this size and standard should put guest comfort and safety first, especially for kids. Policies matter, but so do common sense and customer care. The resort has a lot going for it, but the card rules and inflexible response seriously detracted from our experience.

The spa was the highlight of our holiday. We bought the VIP massage package, and it was worth every penny. It included facials, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and 5 couple massages. Everything felt professional, clean, and relaxing. Fatima and Abar Abdur Ahmen made each treatment memorable with their skill and kindness, and we felt completely relaxed. Mohamed sold us the package and explained everything clearly and professionally. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the rooms, pools, food, and atmosphere during our vacation in Egypt. One thing we didn't enjoy was the behavior of some guests, especially many Russians, who were often loud and seemed to lack basic etiquette and respect for others. Even so, we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend the hotel, especially the SPA.

It's my third visit to Pickalbatros Palace Resort, and Mr. Rida and Mohammad Salah deserve many thanks. The welcoming, professional staff are attentive and always willing to help, which is what makes a stay here so enjoyable and memorable. The pools, beach, and entertainment suit guests of all ages, while the rooms are spacious and clean, the food varied and delicious, and the facilities well maintained. The resort combines comfort, luxury, and great hospitality. After three stays, it's still one of my favorite destinations, and I look forward to returning. Highly recommended.
