The food was a real letdown for a five-star hotel. The service and staff were friendly, though, and the animation team and activities were running well. The location, design, landscaping, views and rooms were all excellent. It might be nice to stay there without meals.
6/10
I think the bad TripAdvisor reviews may have been about the chalet areas. The villa areas seemed better.
8/10
A good place for a cheap relaxing break as winter gets close.
6/10
My experience there was good, though it could have been better.
2/10
Everything was bad: the staff, reception, apartment, security, and animation team.
