Rehana Royal Beach Resort - Aquapark & Spa

We met some truly lovely people whose professionalism and kindness made our stay more enjoyable. Mohammed Att. from the restaurant was always smiling and attentive. Sami from the Tower Towel was helpful and friendly, as was the young man on the beach. Ahmed Mustafa deserves special thanks for organizing extraordinary tours for our family. We made unforgettable memories, and the tours were exceptionally well organized, clearly better than other excursions. We'll recommend the hotel to our friends and Ahmed's services to anyone staying there who wants to enjoy these experiences.

We were a Greek group celebrating New Year 2026, and it was a great experience for me and my group. The view was lovely, with the swimming ball in sight. Our rooms were clean and spacious enough, with air conditioning and balconies, and room service came every day. Management and staff did their best to arrange an early, quick check-in. They even offered a welcome service with a late breakfast before we had checked in. We tried different tastes each day, including the Lebanese and Chinese restaurants, and enjoyed the colorful variety. I highly recommend this hotel for groups and families. Thanks so much to the Rehana staff, and especially Mr. Ibrahim for all he offered and for supporting our company group during the stay. I hope we can repeat the experience next year.

The resort has lovely grounds and a relaxed feel, and the rooms and pools were very clean and made up daily. The cleaning staff were friendly, helpful, and did a great job. Hisam and Hossam by the bottom pool were exceptional, always willing to help and making a real positive difference. Mohammad in the perfume shop was a genuine gentleman, welcoming and happy to sit and talk for hours, which made us feel comfortable and valued. Food was inconsistent, with some enjoyable meals and some disappointing ones. The entertainment was practically nonexistent for English guests. There was no English music in the evenings, little to do at night, and English guests weren't included in or invited to poolside activities. We raised this with management and nothing changed during our stay. We did receive a complimentary late checkout because of the lack of entertainment, which we appreciated. The paths became extremely slippery when staff washed them with water in the evenings. One woman fell and cut her chin open. Management offered for her to see a doctor, which she declined, but the hazard still needs addressing to avoid further accidents. The spa was below standard. Most staff spoke little or no English, making it a difficult experience. Management spoke English, but again, raising concerns brought no real improvement. We were also troubled by reports about a senior manager's conduct. Several staff members advised female guests to be cautious around him. That was unsettling and affected how comfortable we felt. Management needs to address it urgently. The hotel is fumigated for mosquitoes every day at sunset, while guests are sitting at tables, and the smoke or fog covers them. This seems very dangerous to health. Please see photos. The resort has potential thanks to its cleanliness and some excellent staff, but the lack of inclusive entertainment, nighttime safety concerns, and poor spa experience let it down.

A very nice choice for a family holiday and good value for the price. The grounds are large and green, the rooms clean and spacious, and the workers helpful and kind. There are different kinds of animation, and the food and drinks are good by Egyptian standards. Special thanks to management and Mr. Kurt for looking after all the guests.
