Chef Araby deserves special thanks for always checking that everything was right. He worked hard to make sure the food was delicious and everyone was happy. His kindness, professionalism, and attention made our stay even more special. We had an amazing experience with a rich variety of food. Everything was tasty, clean, high quality, and beautifully presented. The food was fresh and prepared with care, including fresh fruit every day, fresh fish, and incredible grilled dishes. The sushi was excellent and better than expected, and there was a huge salad selection with many fresh, tasty choices. The famous Egyptian koshari and hummus were unforgettable and full of flavor. I highly recommend coming to try this special, clean, and unique food experience. Honestly, there aren't words to describe it fully.

The food really stood out, from the meat, chicken, and fish to the excellent BBQ. The resort was spotless, and the waiters and chefs were attentive, often noticing what we needed before we asked. Chef Arabi was always around and made us feel welcome with his warm hospitality. Check-in was smooth thanks to the reception team, too. Everyone worked together so well. A memorable stay, and thanks to the whole team!

Mahmud made our airport transfer and trips into the city feel safe and easy. He was professional and kind, showed us around, and explained things along the way. I’d give him more than 10 stars. The hotel team were also welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, so we felt well looked after. The food wasn’t quite to my taste, but there was plenty of choice for different preferences. I had a very pleasant stay at the Sunrise Diamond Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, and would recommend it for the service.

We spent 10 days here and would happily recommend the hotel. The a la carte restaurants gave us plenty of choice, and the food was fabulous. At the Adult pool, Mahmoud and Peter were especially helpful. They brought drinks, changed towels, kept the pool and bar area clean and tidy, and made sure we had what we needed, often before we asked. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Hopefully we’ll be back!
