Casa Severina

We stayed in the Severina cabin in August 2025, and it was unbearable. It’s right beside a dairy farm, with very strong animal waste smells and swarms of flies. We couldn’t open the terrace or the doors. The owner, Manuel, was very nice, but the solutions offered were terrible. The town and its people are wonderful, but we will not return to this accommodation.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and very well looked after, making it a great choice for a short stay. We had bikes with us, and the patio was perfect for keeping them. It would work well for a family too. We’ll definitely come back.

I’ve traveled a lot, and this is one of my favorite places to stay. This was my second visit, and I’d have come more often if it hadn’t been booked up. They pay attention to every detail, from the coffee to the thoughtful service, especially from Lidia, who’s spectacular. Alcoy is a beautiful city and well worth a visit. I’m here for work, but this is always my first choice. Highly recommended.

Right in Alcoy’s old town, with high quality, well maintained facilities and air conditioning. We liked the decor and the amenities, and it’s a nice spot for a romantic getaway, though the bed is a bit small. They advertise parking for €11, but there’s also a place to park about a five-minute walk away. The only downside for us was hearing conversations, as if from a restaurant. Still, we had a very positive stay.
