The staff were so kind and helpful, and their suggestions for places to go and restaurants turned out to be good. My single room was on the small side, but cosy and well equipped. From the city centre, it was only a few minutes on foot to the port and beach, main bus station, and Santa Barbara Castle, along pleasant streets and the main promenade. A perfect place to stay in Alicante.
Please stay somewhere else. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbour breathing and farting. Our room wasn't cleaned for four days, and nobody told us when selling it that the bathroom and shower were outside the room. Absolutely avoid it.
The owner was very kind and extremely helpful, and we had a great stay with nothing else to complain about. The neighbourhood wasn't really for me, and it's outside the old town, though you can easily walk there.
The apartment was clean and nice, with a friendly atmosphere, and really close to the city. I loved staying here. The staff were helpful and very nice too, so I'd recommend it.
Our host's recommendations made the stay feel perfect, and the beach is close by. Great location. We'll come back!
