We stayed two nights in October 2024. The first went fine, but on the second we found cockroaches crawling around the room and had to kill several. After that, I barely slept. I told the supervisor, Akrem, and got no apology or sign that he cared. It felt as though this may already have been known. I have never written a review before, but with no accountability from the owners or supervisor, I wanted to warn others before they spend their money. It wasn't worth it.

The roof terrace was a real highlight, with fantastic sea views. The room itself was lovely and clean, but fairly small, with the bed, shower, toilet and kitchen all sharing one space. The lack of natural light was a bit of a downside.

The room was quiet, the WiFi steady, and the staff both friendly and trustworthy. There's a lift and getting in was easy. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent. For the price, this is the best quality place I've stayed in Alicante. Thanks for an incredible stay. I'd highly recommend it to travellers looking for a five star experience.

We had a pleasant stay in these beautiful, luxurious apartments in Alicante's old town, about a ten minute walk from the beach. There was very little information before arrival, and no reception in the building. The staff member I reached by phone didn't speak English, though we managed to get some details through messages.

From the plain, minimalist entrance, I wasn't expecting the luxurious, high class interior. The place feels modern, with spacious rooms and nice decor. Air conditioning and the bathroom were both good, and they even arranged the bottle of ice cold Procecco I requested. Everything I needed for a luxury stay was there, and the service was fantastic.
