El Paller de Can Ribes

Everything was looked after down to the smallest detail. We had a fantastic weekend here and would highly recommend it.

There’s a stream close by, plus a couple of sheep farms and wineries where you can pick up quality handmade products. The country house itself is spacious, with three double bedrooms and two big living rooms, one of them with a kitchen. We also really liked the large pool and barbecue area, which was great for the kids and for eating outside. It’s a spectacular place in a peaceful setting, surrounded by woods and fields where you can wander and switch off.

The outdoor spaces are lovely, with a barbecue and two grapevine-covered gazebos that give you some privacy. The pool is small, though I don’t think it needs to be any larger. Laura was incredibly friendly and gave us tips on nearby attractions, shops, and things to do. The house, once the hayloft of the main building, has been tastefully restored. It’s comfortable, spacious, and has what you need for a relaxing few days. A magnificent house and location for six people.

A spectacular place, with really nice spaces indoors and out. The house is very well equipped, and the owner was excellent with us. We’ll definitely return.
