The staff were kind and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. But there were hardly any kitchen utensils, and the apartment itself was in rough shape, with old, worn furniture. The living-room bed was old and dirty, and extremely uncomfortable. They gave us a sponge and a little detergent at check-in for cleaning after our stay, and asked for a €200 deposit. The water heater didn't provide enough hot water to wash my hair while showering. A nail had been hammered into it so the temperature couldn't be turned up. The air conditioner was old, dirty, and barely worked, and we could hear the neighbors talking through the thin walls. One evening our key card wouldn't open the door, and we had to go to reception three times before they sorted it out. The location wasn't good either, especially outside summer, when buses run about every 40 minutes.

We had a clean and comfortable apartment for the price, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lounge-kitchen area. The style and furniture were very basic. It's less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, which made the location convenient.

A peaceful place with its own car park, near the airport and at the edge of the city. There's a cafe downstairs, which makes it easy to relax away from the city noise. A good choice if you're after a quiet stay.

There aren't any shops or restaurants nearby, so you'll have to go into the city for those. The apartment is about 20 minutes from Alicante city center and has a terrace, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, Wi-Fi, and an extra sofa in the living room. It works for two to four people. You can park on the street or pay to use the underground parking. It's affordable.
