The rooms are spacious and very nice, and they were cleaned every day. It’s a great spot for getting around central Alicante, with almost everything within walking distance. The staff were good, and we got a video before arrival with the check-in information, though reception was open for very limited hours so we didn’t interact with staff much. WiFi was free but a little slow. You have to ask reception for an iron and ironing board, which I think should be in every apartment. The main problem was noise: street sounds carried until the early hours on a busy Friday night, and we could also hear people in nearby rooms, especially chairs moving upstairs, as well as guests talking in the corridor. The soundproofing just wasn’t enough. It’s a shame, because otherwise this would be a fantastic central place to stay in Alicante. I wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had modern conveniences. The shower was roomy and clean, though slippery, and its showerhead was very small. The air conditioning worked very well, which we appreciated in the warm weather. WiFi came with the stay, but was slow, around 9mb down at its fastest. Apartment 3’s TV seemed quite outdated and had no smart TV functions. My wife and I visited for a short trip in September. The location is right in the centre, close to the town’s heart, beach, and waterfront. That does mean noise from nearby bars and cafes, often loud in the evening and at night, especially on weekends. We had trouble sleeping at times, even though we’re usually heavy sleepers. We also heard noise from adjoining rooms and apartments. There wasn’t much sound dampening, and street noise was the main reason we didn’t sleep well throughout the stay. We had limited interaction with the friendly staff, but check-in was straightforward. Apartment servicing was included daily.

The hosts were professional, kind, and quick to respond. They even surprised me with a lovely gift for a personal occasion. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed nearby. It’s ideally placed, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the train station and steps from the beach promenade and main beach. A memorable stay, highly recommended!

We were in a very central spot for our three-night stay, with everywhere easy to reach on foot and the airport bus stop not too far away. The cleaner came daily, though that wasn’t needed. My friend and I had a one-bedroom apartment, and I slept on the sofa bed. I asked before and during the stay, but a top sheet never showed up, so I slept under a Hammam beach towel. The staff were lovely, though.
