The mobile check-in was smooth. We got the details on time and could register everyone online ahead of our stay. Our room was large, had plenty of storage, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The central location was great, close to shops, cafes and the central market. Unfortunately, the cleanliness needs work: we found hairs on the bathroom walls, in the shower and on the blanket. Also, opening the room door depends entirely on your phone.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The location is great, but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The apartment hadn't been properly cleaned when we arrived: the previous guest's rubbish was still there and there were dust bunnies under the bed. There's no cleaning during your stay, as mentioned somewhere in the booking description, but charging an extra €45 for cleaning on top of the advertised price still seems ridiculous. We didn't get enough toilet paper and had to ask twice. The second time, they remarked that we'd only asked for more recently, as if they expected us to buy it ourselves. The coffee machine didn't work. We reported it and were told it had been checked and was working, but it still didn't work. It didn't make much difference anyway, since they left just two coffee pods for a six-day stay, and we couldn't find compatible ones at the supermarket. The shower head was broken and sharp, and could have caused an injury. We stayed in winter, so street noise didn't disturb our sleep, but it could be a serious problem in summer. We could also clearly hear guests in the neighboring room because the walls are paper-thin. The room door is meant to open with a link, but it didn't work properly despite several tries. Fortunately, we were able to get a physical key as a backup for safety.
The apartment was lovely and in a great part of town. The terrace let it down: it needed a proper clean and a fresh coat of paint, and it felt quite bare without any plants.
The bed didn't have a mattress pad and was the worst I've ever slept in at a hotel or apartment, and I've stayed in hundreds. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, too. Most of the room was clean when we arrived, but the refrigerator wasn't, and they hadn't changed the sofa bed sheets since the last guest. They fixed those issues, but didn't clean the room at all during our nine-day stay, even though they said it should be done every three or four days.
The room and terrace were great, and the location was fantastic, with bars, restaurants and shops nearby and the esplanade a ten-minute walk away. There was some street noise, especially on Saturday night and in the mornings, but it wasn't too bad. The bed was comfortable, though only a small double, and the pillows gave me neck ache. I expected some information about the apartment or Alicante, but there was none in the room or on WhatsApp. I also found the digital door entry frustrating. You need your phone, and the setup and instructions were hard to figure out. It took us about 20 minutes, and three days later I had to help another couple who couldn't understand it at all. One day my phone battery was down to 12%, which left me panicked and stressed because without the phone, I had no way to get in or contact them. There's a key box on the outside wall, so why not provide its code as a backup?
