The host was easy to talk to and made the transaction straightforward. The location was good, with shopping and restaurants not too far away, though it took a little figuring out to find the hotel and room. The room was great, just smaller than I expected from the photos. Pots and pans were provided for cooking, but you'll need to buy the rest, like salt, pepper, and sugar.

The person who greeted us was a nice touch, and the amenities were reasonably complete. The views are a highlight, and the orientation brings in sunshine from early morning. During the day, though, there's constant city noise, so sitting on the terrace isn't very pleasant. The bathroom could do with a little updating.
Good afternoon. We'd booked Casa Turis in Alicante for the weekend before the DANA storm, but we live in Valencia and the storm closed the roads, leaving them impassable. There was no way for us to get to the apartment. We explained this to them, but they flatly refused to reach any agreement. Given the terrible misfortune that has hit us Valencians, I think they could have shown a little empathy and humanity and refunded our money. We've already suffered enough from this tragedy. Regards.
