The room was exceptional, spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The location was perfect for both town and beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though sometimes a bit muddled. Breakfast was a disappointment: the bar was very small and there wasn't much choice, even though the staff were attentive. It didn't match my impression of a Hilton hotel. At check-in, the cramped reception wasn't what I'd imagined, and there was a short wait while other guests arrived. After handing over our passports, we were sent to a tiny room on a side street, even though we'd booked the Premium Room in the tower overlooking the sea. It turned out staff had mixed us up with guests from another country who had a different surname. It took a while to sort out, but we eventually got our correct room. We chose Casa Alberola Alicante for our wedding anniversary because of its appearance online and central location. I have a mobility disability, and the hotel suited my needs.

The room was stylishly decorated, and the cleaning team kept everything spotless. The air conditioning worked very well, and the shower had strong pressure and unlimited hot water. Breakfast was a great way to start the day, with bacon, several kinds of eggs, lots of cheese and cold meats, and plenty of breads and pastries. We got such a warm welcome from the lovely, helpful staff. The location is ideal for Alicante old town, the harbour, the esplanade, and all the great nearby places to eat. We loved our stay and would come back without hesitation.

Four nights stay in september 2025. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast option was very nice. Service was perfect. The location in Alicante is just right, close to the marina and plenty of restaurants along the waterfront and on the streets behind it. I'll definitely come back.

The location is the hotel's main advantage, with everything close by, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. This is one of the worst Hilton hotels I've stayed in, and I don't think it should carry the Curio Collection by Hilton name because it doesn't meet the brand requirements. At check-in, the desk didn't give me a Diamond Member upgrade even though a room was available. They said we could change rooms the next day, but when we came back, the ladies said we'd have to pay. No one had mentioned a charge before, and as a Diamond member I should get an upgrade for free. They also didn't ask how I wanted to pay. When I asked, the ladies told me they'd already charged my credit card, even though I wanted to use a different one. Breakfast was worse than at Hampton by Hilton: just bread, jams, tomatoes (pan con tomate), cheese, ham, and yoghurt. For scrambled eggs or an omelette, basic food at other Hilton hotels, you have to pay extra. There's no tea in the room either.

A restful overnight stay, with lovely rooms and gorgeous, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was tasty and had a nice selection. Lucia welcomed us so warmly and was really helpful, a lovely lady.
