This seems like a suitable place for backpackers or anyone exploring Alicante on a budget who only needs basic amenities. Since we visited in summer, air conditioning was really necessary, and luckily the hostel had it. We arrived at 11pm and were worried about checking in that late, but they still let us in. Some hotels in the area charge for late check-in. The toilets and bathrooms need noticeable work because of the mold. Apart from that, we had a good stay.

I wanted to leave right away because the room smelled so awful I couldn't sleep, and the whole hostel was very dirty with mold everywhere. The receptionist was rude and no help at all. When I asked to cancel for free, they said, “yes, no problem.” But after I contacted Booking many times, I was told nothing had been done. Completely unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone. I had a terrible experience here.

The beds squeaked loudly whenever anyone moved and were very uncomfortable, especially in the shared rooms, so sleeping was difficult. The service was awful too. We had to find Rocío at a nearby bar after she left the front desk to drink beer. When she came back, she was rude and arrogant, and raised her voice at us. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff were very rude. A tall guy there kept harassing you for sitting in the common area or making something to eat.

My flight was delayed, so I arrived late, but nobody responded and I couldn't check in. I ended up spending the night on the street. It was awful, and the staff didn't respond at all.
