The rooms are cosy and fun, and the price is good. Service was very friendly. I’d definitely stay at their place again.

We arrived at 1 in the morning, and by 3 we were already heading home. We didn’t get to enjoy anything, and nobody offered a solution. The owner kept saying the hydromassage just needed to be “moved,” which makes me think this may have happened before. It was old, and when we filled it, water burst out everywhere. We never even got in, so it was just there as decoration. The place isn’t ready to receive guests: the rooms don’t have proper bathrooms or showers, just makeshift ones, and the sink is ridiculous. There was no cleaning at all, everything was covered in rust. Don’t go there or spend your money there.

I had to leave Alicante early because the jacuzzi flooded the room, but the managers refused a refund and said I had destroyed everything. It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. My wife and I left at 3:00 am, disgusted after coming for a rest. The water that flooded everything smelled like sewage and soaked my clothes and belongings. The jacuzzi had been left running, making a lot of noise, and burst when we filled it because it was poorly maintained. Half an hour after it happened, the managers told me to clean up, move the jacuzzi, and unplug it, which could have caused an accident or worse. The bathroom smelled awful too, since it isn’t normal plumbing but a storage area for feces and urine. The check-in arrangements were bad from the start: they say check-in is until 8pm, while booking says you can reserve for any time if you let them know in advance. My wife was due at 1:00am. I told them, and they said I’d have to pay extra, so I left early and waited for her in the room. We got there at 1:30am. Terrible, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s an apartment with rooms, so if you need anything, it has to be shared. Our room had no windows or air conditioning, just a very old fan. It was extremely hot in the middle of August, and there wasn’t a fridge either. You could hear everything in the other rooms. The bathroom wasn’t properly set up: it’s a tank where feces and other waste collect, and lifting the lid made a terrible smell. We nearly left the room at 1 in the morning.
