4/10
The location was convenient, but I was disappointed by everything else. The rooms felt badly designed and uncomfortable, and the ventilation was so poor that I kept feeling trapped and suffocated. I had to leave Alicante early because of an urgent situation, which meant losing 4 fully paid nights. I spoke directly with the main manager, but the hotel showed no flexibility or cooperation and made no effort to help. The customer service felt unprofessional and irresponsible, and I got the impression they didn’t care about their guests. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I was upgraded, and the room was amazing for what I paid. It had a separate living room and office, a huge bed, water jets in the bathtub, and a huge terrace. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Alicante. Check the images!

The staff will go above and beyond, and the rooms meet the standard I always look for. The market is nearby too. When I’m in Alicante, this is the only place for me.

The room was pretty good, but it felt expensive. The pillows weren’t very comfortable, and there were barely any bathroom amenities. In summer, with it so hot outside, I think complimentary water is a must, but none was provided. You could also hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the street.

We had a great night’s sleep: the hotel is quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s centrally located, with welcoming, helpful staff. Our average-sized room had a safe and fridge. Breakfast was very good quality and had everything we wanted. Like most Spanish hotels, there are no tea or coffee making facilities, though you can borrow a kettle from reception. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.
