Fidalsa Penthouse Amazing View

We rented this apartment so we could cook for friends instead of staying in a hotel, and paid more than $1,600 plus $72 for early check-in. Five days in, we gave up and moved to a hotel. In the cold weather it was impossible to shower in the freezing bathroom, and we'd already spent two days without heat, using a camping burner on the island. The cooking island was broken, the sofa was broken and tipped when you tried to rest your head, the bathroom drawer and lock were broken, and the laptop desk was broken with the chair acting as its support. The island chairs were filthy and the dusty baseboards needed a much better clean. There was no bathroom heater. The washing machine was full of mold. When we arrived, the key box was empty, and a cleaner was there. When I asked about the broken island, she said it had been broken since February 2025. Nobody had told us, so we never got the chance to decide whether to keep or cancel the booking. Everything was handled through WhatsApp, and nobody from Fidalsa called to apologize for what FIDALSA had done to us. Fidalsa Holidays is not a nice company. They don't seem to care about lying to you, they just want profit. When I tried to review them, they wouldn't allow me to call them a scam company or the post wouldn't show up. Then I was told they'd review it and decide whether to publish it. How has this company been scamming people for so long, including old people like us?
