We found the hotel clean and fresh, and our Superior Double looked recently refurbished. It was nicely decorated with a decent amount of space, basic but perfectly adequate furniture, and a really good shower with contemporary fittings. The old town location made it easy to walk around Alicante, and the TV had plenty of U.K. channels. Breakfast is served at La Cova de Santa Maria, just around the corner in the same building. There was a good mix of hot and cold choices, and it also serves food and drinks through the day. The dining room is small, so we sometimes might have had to wait, though sitting outside is an option in good weather. The rooftop wasn't open during our visit. There was some work going on, likely on the rooftop terrace, and the noise disturbed the otherwise peaceful hotel and area. It has to be done eventually, though.

Everything was within about a 20-minute walk, thanks to the very good location. The clean room was a good size and had useful facilities, including a refrigerator, air conditioner, and smart TV. They also store luggage. The shower was the weak point, with low pressure and water temperature that kept changing. Still, good value overall.

We were welcomed with a drink, and breakfast at the cafe on the square near the Basilica was great. The hotel is in a pleasant spot and has daily cleaning, air conditioning, and a coffee maker in the room. The towels could do with replacing, though. We'd definitely return and recommend it.

We picked this for a short vacation and were really pleased with the value. The old town setting put the castle, beach, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was quick and friendly, and our room was spacious, very clean, and had comfortable bedding. The bathroom was clean too, with strong water pressure and steady hot water.

We stayed one night at Hotel Milagrosa mainly for the location, and it worked well for that. The old town, beach, and most sights are close by, with everything walkable. Parking is the downside, since it's about 800 meters away. Still a practical place for a short visit to Alicante.
