We’re regulars at Liberty Kitchen now because we really love it. The atmosphere is laid back, and the staff stay friendly even when they’re slammed, which they have been every night we’ve visited. It’s not too expensive, either. The food is fantastic. They often switch things up and put daily specials on the chalkboard. We’ve had the octopus taco and kefta, and both were insanely good, especially the lamb kefta. The quesadillas are our favorite, some of the best ever. Great food and service.

The burger here is 500% on point, not just 100, haha. I came in for my birthday with my boyfriend. They don’t have birthday offers, but they gave us free shots anyway. The food was served nicely, and respect to the owner for helping with crisis relief while also cooking. We’ll be back.

Liberty Kitchen is where I head whenever I’m in Alicante. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality, and the welcome is warm. The staff remember you when you come back and make you feel like family. The food is reliably incredible, creative and full of flavor, with a different feel from most places in the city. You can tell thought goes into each dish, from how it tastes to how it’s presented. It’s rare to find hospitality, originality and value together like this. Highly recommend, I keep coming back.

We had shrimp quesadillas and a salmon sandwich, along with a glass of wine, a beer and sparkling water. The food was amazing, and the bill came to under €40. The staff were really nice, friendly and keen to make our visit as good as possible. Hopefully we’ll be back to eat there again soon. Thank you!

I wanted comfort food, so I went for a burger, and it may be the best one I’ve ever had. I asked for something spicier. The patty was medium rare, with pickles, hot sauce and thick slices of Gouda, I think. Every bite let me taste all the ingredients, none overwhelmed the others. Such a perfect balance. I found this place by chance and loved it. It’s mainly American food, with a really homey feel and great atmosphere. The staff were super kind, lovely and helpful. I highly recommend it.
