At 10:00 PM on October 9, 2020, we arrived at the apartment and found it in an unsanitary state. There was damp and mold in the living room, the refrigerator was dirty, and the microwave was caked with grease. What bothered me most was seeing worms crawling along the kitchen and dining room walls. I have photos and videos from when we arrived to support this. Since I was more than 250 kilometers from home, I had to go looking for a hotel at 11:00 PM.

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, and the shower was fine. We only used the place for breakfast and sleep, so it was manageable, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. Still, there were plenty of problems. The sofa bed was badly stained, there was a bloodstain on the curtain and on a lamp, and seven full soda bottles plus a few partly used liquor bottles had been left behind. There were also old spices and soap residue, and little drying boxes tucked into corners and under the bed. Mold marks showed on the skirting boards and in the corners. At first it looked clean, and the landlady was very friendly, but a closer look changed that impression. The towels were too few and didn't dry well. The so-called courtyard was actually a fireplace, and sometimes it smelled terrible.
