The roof terrace has incredible views, with the sea and beach on one side and the castle on the other. The apartment itself is amazing, modern but rustic, with all the facilities I needed and not a single thing to complain about. It's perfectly placed for the beach, Santa Barbara castle, Basilica de Santa Maria, and Puerto de Alicante. Restaurants and bars are just a couple of minutes away on foot. I've absolutely loved my stay in villavieja17 Alicante and don't want to go home. I've had the best time and can't wait to return. Every time I'm back in Alicante, this apartment and its closeness to the best attractions will make it my choice again. Thank you wotjek for all your help and assistance. Amazing 👏♥️

The SEA room had an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea, and the beds were comfortable. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need. It's centrally located near all the restaurants, bars, and markets, and just two blocks from the beautiful Postiguet beach. An absolute gem of a property. We'll definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The keyless check-in was efficient and easy, and the host was quick to respond and very helpful with our questions. We slept well in the comfortable bed, with the whole place dark at night. The bathroom was very spacious, the shower was wonderful, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including an electric kettle. The living area was extremely comfortable too. Right opposite is a beautiful church, and it was nice to open the windows. The plants made the place feel homey, especially the little "Please water me" signs 🪴. The rooftop was an added bonus with a nice view. Highly recommended for an enjoyable stay in Alicante, Spain. We hope to have more places like this one.

The location is prime for the price, and you can walk to literally everything. Our stay was quite nice, and the bathroom was nice too. There were dirt stains on the sheets when we arrived. My friend used one bed while I chose the couch, because I'm really nervous about sleeping in random places, though most people probably wouldn't have minded. The bathroom doorway and the doorway to the balcony seemed made for smaller people. I smashed my head on the balcony doorway, lol. I'm 5'10", so if you're tall you'll need to get used to everything being a lot shorter.

The apartment is beautiful and functional, close to shops and easy to reach on foot. It's far enough away that tourist noise at night isn't a problem. Unfortunately, work disrupted our long-awaited rest: there were jackhammers and masonry work next door, in the alley beside the apartment, and on the building's third floor. The owner contacted us and got the work on the first floor stopped, but couldn't do anything about the other work, which was up to the city of Alicante. A pity. Check how long the work will last before booking.
