The staff were helpful and courteous, and the front desk team spoke English, so communication was easy. The hotel is small, clean, quiet, and convenient for a vacation. There’s no food or breakfast, but the beach is a 10-15 minute walk and a supermarket is about 8-10 minutes away. We did have an issue at checkout, though it didn't affect my rating or our stay since it involved one employee. At check-in, the man at the desk said breakfast wasn't served but drinks were complimentary all day. We got coffee each morning during our five-night stay, then were asked to pay for it at checkout. Nobody had clearly said the coffee cost extra or explained drink prices. The amount wasn't significant, but it should have been made clear from the start. We paid, and were then told that this employee had caused issues before.

Getting here from the bus station was easy, and the reception staff, Laura and Andrii, were really friendly. We had a comfortable bed, a strong shower in the bath, and a nice room with a balcony. The hotel isn't right by the beach, but the beach, supermarket, and restaurants are all an easy walk away. We chose the beach instead of using the pool. Each morning we used the kitchen area for breakfast. There's no fridge in the room, but you can keep your things in the fridge downstairs and eat breakfast there.
