The bathroom was the biggest letdown. During my shower, the water wouldn’t drain, so I was standing in 3-5 cm of dirty water the whole time. The toilet worked normally, at least. It’s also very noisy. The soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people outside and in neighboring rooms. Being right next to a cathedral means church bells wake you each day. On the good side, the location is excellent, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the 24-hour reception is convenient. The tiny, roughly one-tile-wide balconies give it a residential feel. To me it felt more like a hostel or B&B than a traditional hotel. Amenities are sparse, so bring toothpaste, a toothbrush, slippers, and tissues. They provide a good-quality Rituals 2-in-1 hair and body wash, but our bottle was only about a third full when we arrived and wasn’t refilled, so we ran out on the last day. We also got just one bottle of drinking water per person for the whole stay.

We’ve stayed here twice now, including recently with friends, and weren’t disappointed. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms bright, spacious, and spotless, and the beds comfortable. There’s no tea or coffee in the rooms, but complimentary tea and coffee are available by reception around the clock. If you arrive early, you can leave your bags in the luggage room. The hotel is next to bars and restaurants, just a two-minute walk from the cathedral. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Seville.

The staff were so friendly and ready to help with anything. This lovely little hotel is right in central Seville, close to the Cathedral and the Palace. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

The rooms were clean and updated, and the reception team were very helpful. The location was amazing, very close to the Malaga cathedral. We had a good experience.

The location couldn’t be better, and I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was great, though the room could use a minibar and a kettle.
