I was in town for work, but the hotel is so central that I still had time to see the city. The staff were super attentive and nice, and my room was comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast had loads of variety, and the quality of the items was unquestionable. On hot days, the terrace and pool are a wonderful spot to cool off. The hotel is really good, and I highly recommend it if you’re coming to Seville.

The photos feel like marketing, so don’t trust them. The shower space is tiny, and there’s no bath. Maybe the photos show the best rooms. There was dust everywhere and the service was super slow. For what we paid for one night, we could have had better rooms at plenty of better hotels in the city center, with much quicker service, especially if you’d paid in advance. I can’t believe this hotel has 4* or who gave it that rating. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

We received two gifts from the hotel manager for free, which was lovely. The reception service was five stars, and the rooms were spectacular and immaculate. The hotel isn’t very close to the city center, but it’s still within walking distance. There’s a large underground car park.

We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Sevilla and especially want to mention Isabel. She was so friendly, attentive and professional, and her warm, welcoming manner made the visit even more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable thanks to the excellent service. Thank you, we’d gladly come back.

My wife and I stayed in Seville for our wedding anniversary, and the hotel went beyond what we expected. We were recognized as GHA members and got a lovely room upgrade. Special thanks to Clara, and to the very professional reception team. The bar team was excellent as well and made our evening especially enjoyable. The city centre is within walking distance, so I’d definitely recommend the hotel to everyone.
