The meals were a favorite part of my stay. ZEM's farm to table approach is inspiring, and much of the organic produce comes from its own farm. Everything I ate was delicious and nourishing. The setting is beautiful and calm, and the team showed impressive care and expertise across departments. I was struck by the range of medical wellness options, from blood tests and diagnostics to innovative therapies and treatments. It all felt like a rare blend of luxury hospitality and advanced medical wellness. I left feeling restored, energized and grateful. ZEM is a special place to relax in luxury while investing in long term health and wellbeing, and I can't recommend it enough.

I followed the Essential Program, and the innovative treatments made me feel much better. I also came away with valuable ideas for improving my health, so the program felt like a worthwhile investment. The spa has an impressive range of high-end wellness experiences, and the snow room is especially worth trying. My room was beautifully designed with stunning sea views, and the care put into the details was clear. The team were attentive and professional whenever I needed anything. Food was great, with organic ingredients from their own farm. Having dessert with every lunch and dinner was a lovely touch. The peaceful location is ideal, while still close enough to explore more of the Alicante area. A wonderful stay that I'd strongly recommend.

The service was incredible from beginning to end, and the attention to detail shows everywhere. The spa, materials and facilities are on another level, with so many well designed, well maintained saunas and wellness areas. Everything feels brand new. One of the most impressive wellness hotels I've stayed at. Definitely coming back!

The food was healthy and tasty, and they treated my wife and me from head to toe, from muscular care to skin treatments. I arrived with severe back pain after two major back surgeries and left with almost no pain. The services, treatments and spas are unlike anywhere else I've seen. I've visited dozens of countries and hundreds of hotels, but never seen a better facility, staff or management. From arrival to departure, the ultra Luxury vip experience and friendly vip treatment stood out, from the receptionist all the way to the general manager. The care felt extremely personalized. Even if there's a small schedule change or minor mistake, they handle it beyond expectations. I'd definitely visit Zem every year. You come in stressed and leave ready for a fresh start in your life.
