The apartment had everything we could need, and the pool was lovely. You have to be quick to get a sunbed, though. It's very close to all the amenities, and there were plenty of friendly people around to chat with.

We booked room 247 for two nights after staying in another room in the complex, when we decided to add three days to our vacation. As soon as we entered, there was a terrible smell. It was everywhere and got stronger as the day went on. The owner acknowledged that the toilet area smelled awful too. The woman handling the booking wasn't helpful and said she didn't deal with issues. We couldn't get through to her, so a friend in England had to contact her. Eventually he reached the owner, who was decent and gave us a refund, though we have to wait 12 days for it, which seems a long time. Please check with booking.com whether the blocked sewage issue has been fixed before booking. If it hasn't, avoid 247 until it's sorted. The place smelled like 25 used jockstraps from a sweaty, hairy rugby team.

This is more of a basic apartment complex, with retired people living there day to day and bare-bones bungalows rented to holidaymakers. If you're after a luxury hotel, this isn't it. You have to take out your own bins and do your own turn-down service because someone else is coming straight in afterward. When we arrived, the washing was still hanging outside, the linens were old and the towels were grey. The kitchen cupboards had broken doors, there was no light, and the extractor fan light didn't work either, so cooking dinner meant doing it in the dark.
