We arrived in February for ten nights, but couldn't reach the owner, and neither could our travel agent. We tried phone calls, Booking.com and whatsup, all with no response. After hours of this, Booking.com couldn't find us another place at such short notice, so we had to find and pay for somewhere else ourselves. In our experience, the apartment owner is highly unreliable. Sorry to say.

My friend has an apartment here, and I love visiting. It's a great location with a lovely pool and wonderful views, sea on one side and mountains on the other. Friendly and private, with everything right nearby!

The picture doesn't show the jardine del sur at the bottom of tenerife. If it did, you wouldn't stay there. Our room, number 5 block room 4A, wasn't fit for a dog. It was falling apart and dirty, with dead cockroaches and stone-age decor. Even the bathroom window was broken, with only half of it there. We stayed one night, then they moved us. Otherwise, we'd have packed up and left ourselves.

We've been coming here for 10 years. The apartments are very clean and peaceful for us, and it's a three-minute walk to the seafront. There are plenty of shops nearby.
