The central location and easy check-in were good, and the flat was clean, though it felt very sterile. There was no blanket on the leather sofa, so I used a towel. The cleaning was meant to happen one week after I arrived. I moved everything aside on the scheduled day, but nobody came. It was only cleaned shortly before I moved out, without warning, because of a booking mistake. The cleaners threw away my new dental retainer, which had been lying in the bed. I need it every day because I have a jaw malposition, and now I have jaw pain. I also have to pay about 300€ for a replacement and somehow get it to the Canary Islands. When I raised this with the hotel manager, they said it was like losing an earring and refused to reimburse me. I don’t think that’s appropriate: I didn’t lose it, it was in the room and someone took it. This put a damper on my stay, and I won’t be back.

Everything else was amazing, though figuring out the automatic key was a bit of a nightmare.

They refunded my money quickly and without any trouble after I told them on the day of my reservation that I couldn’t make it. Excellent service, thank you so much.

The location was great, and otherwise the apartment was fine. But there was nowhere to hang things apart from five hangers in the closet, and there wasn’t even a blanket. There was no cleaning service, and we couldn’t get the sheets changed during our seven nights. I also had to ask for spare towels.
