Stay away. We were charged 40 euros for pillows they claimed we had somehow damaged, but they didn't send us photos. First, an aware guy sent us a charge for ruined paintings, even though there weren't any in our room. Then they sent the pillow charge. It felt like a system they use, and like they abuse it on booking.com.

They charged us for damaging a picture that wasn't even in our room. I wouldn't recommend booking through booking.com.
