Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly. Still, we found the stay disappointing for the price. There were several steps at the main entrance and on the way to breakfast, with no accessible option, which was hard with a stroller or heavy luggage. At check-in, the agent was polite and professional, and the city tax total was correct, though it wasn't itemized. We had booked both a terrace room and a guaranteed cot for our baby, but were told we had to choose one. We were also told the bed was 180 cm wide, but it was actually 150 cm. Around 1 a.m. on the first night, it was clear two adults and a baby wouldn't fit, so the night staff managed to set up a cot after all. The next day, a manager gave no explanation for the conflicting information, only a refund for that night. The amenities were fine, but there was visible humidity damage and peeling wallpaper near the terrace door. Soundproofing was poor: we could hear neighbors through the walls, and a gap beneath the door let in corridor light and noise. The AC felt very strong even at its lowest setting. On two separate evenings around 9 p.m., reception said they had no iron left when we asked. I'm not sure how many the hotel has, but apparently not enough.

The room was small and old, and the bathroom still had mold that hadn't been properly cleaned. The pictures online look great 😂. When I book, I'm asked to pick a double or king bed, and I always choose king. But I keep ending up with a double and no way to change it. That doesn't feel fair to regular guests.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The gentleman who welcomed me at midnight and the woman working during the day were both great. The bed and bathroom were just as good as during my last stay, but the room itself was far too hot to sleep in. Outside it was a pleasant day of about 20°C, while inside it was in the high 20s. My window opened onto a dirty inner courtyard, where something below seemed to blow hot air upward, possibly from equipment. The AC only pushed out dry, smelly hot air.

The room was basically clean, given the state of the place. It feels like an ancient hotel with a thin coat of fresh paint, and nothing seems to be maintained proactively. The drains are slow or gurgling, the toilet runs loudly and often, and the hallways smell either sulfuric or overly perfumed. The front desk staff were cheerful.

The room is dated, and the soundproofing is awful. You can hear people talking in other rooms, not just the one next door. There's no proper double bed, only two singles pushed together with separate sheets, which doesn't work for couples. For the price, this is a very poor hotel. A basic clean room somewhere much cheaper would be just as good, so don't waste your time or money here. This kind of low quality is a shame for NH group. I'm still at the hotel and can't believe it has a 4+ rating.
