The luggage storage service was especially useful. On your last day, you can leave your suitcases, spend the day exploring, then come back, shower, have a coffee and relax before your trip. The reception staff were friendly, and the elevator was a definite plus. My room was clean and quiet. It’s a wonderful hotel in the city centre, within walking distance of many attractions. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The metro station is only a two-minute walk away, and the hotel is in a perfect location. We stayed for five days and had a wonderful experience. The beds were very comfortable, the décor was beautiful, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It’s a fantastic hotel, and I’d definitely choose it again if I come back.

Having a separate lounge with coffee and snacks was a lovely extra, and the location worked well for everything we had planned. Our room was cleaned every day, so it was always nice to come back to. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, especially welcome after travelling. Check-in was straightforward and the staff were very friendly. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good range of options, and the hotel is right in the heart of Barcelona, within walking distance of lots of tourist and historic spots. Acta Splendid is a lovely boutique hotel, with chic, elegant decor. My feedback for management is about the walls in all the rooms. They feel fragile and poorly made, and the soundproofing is really bad, so noise carries a lot. They need renovating.

We got upgraded to a premium room, which was nicely furnished and had a street view. The window actually opened, too. The bathroom was spacious, with both a handheld shower and a rain shower. The staff were friendly.
