The reception lady was excellent at helping us with directions, places to eat, and ways to get around. The location is good too, with the Metro station within walking distance for getting to Barcelona’s main attractions. Cleaning service is available daily, and we had no complaints. Worth every penny. There was lots of room for the kids to play, as well as plenty of space for us. The apartment had storage, beds, and a kitchen.

The reception staff were really welcoming and friendly, and the apartment is spacious. But it wasn’t clean. The bedsheets and toilet seat were stained, probably because they’re very old and need replacing. The furniture and the apartment as a whole had a weird vibe. It’s okay for a quick city break, but definitely not a great deal.

Isa and her staff are the best. They do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your time in this wonderful city. It’s a lovely little hotel in an excellent area with everything you need. I highly recommend it.

The room smelled bad and wasn’t clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, though.
