For the price, it’s hard to find a better option. Having a smoking area mattered a lot to me. Marta was also great: she helped me find somewhere to leave my bag for free after checkout, and she’s a lovely person to talk to.

The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the room was comfortable and had towels. The location is excellent, just two minutes from La rambla, with anything you might need close by. The service was really nice too. Ariel was friendly and welcoming, and helped with everything I needed.

I usually choose hotels or B&Bs, but this hostel was a great first experience. The staff were so welcoming, and let us check in early at reception. It’s about a 10-20 minute walk to prominent locations, which made it easy to see everything we wanted. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again if I come back.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the hostel is close to public transport and the city center. Ros was incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to help us. Marta was wonderful and very kind too. We really appreciated their support. Highly recommended!

Our flights were cancelled a week before we were due to arrive because of the ongoing Middle East war. We’d booked two non-refundable rooms, and let the hostel know through WhatsApp, their customer service platform and email. They didn’t explain why they couldn’t make an exception or offer even a partial refund, though there was no other way for us to reach our destination. It felt like they were just keeping our money. I hope they’ll be more understanding with guests in future.
