Just a tourist tip, unrelated to the apartment: don't order anything at the terraces at the end of the Rambla. They don't show the drink prices, and we were charged 42 euros for three colas and a Sangria. As for the apartment, we got a warm welcome and found it really nice, comfortable, and clean. The location made it easy to get around the city, and we had a nice view over the Rambla. It's currently under construction, but the windows do a really good job of keeping the sound out, so it didn't bother us much.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, and the location in the city was good. We had three lovely nights here and would definitely recommend it.

My friends and I had everything we needed for four nights while seeing Barcelona's sights. There was a big fridge and room to cook if we wanted, and the beds were comfortable. The place was clean, and toiletries were supplied and replenished when needed. It felt very safe at night too. We'd happily stay again and would recommend it.

I stayed in the apartments with some friends. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the location was ideal for getting around the city. Highly recommend.

The location is fantastic, right in downtown beside the Gothic quarter, with a subway station just two minutes from the door. It can get a little noisy at night, but honestly it wasn't too bad, and the walls and sound insulation are quite good. We were very happy with the communication and customer service, and the unit had all the amenities we needed. Great kitchen, bathroom, and shared space. It was clean, convenient, and a lovely place to stay in Barcelona. We'd come back anytime!
