The staff were kind and helpful, and I felt secure there the whole time. The location was good too. It’s clean and practical, with plenty of rooms, but the bathrooms are really cramped and showering was awkward. The bedding wasn’t great, and one blanket wasn’t enough to stay warm overnight. Towel rental was ridiculously expensive. It does the job, just don’t expect much.

The receptionist was the best part for me. She was so friendly and helpful, those five stars are for her! I went in with low expectations since I’d never stayed in a hostel before, but it was very clean and the sheets smelled fresh. Each room had four beds, arranged as two bunks. The two shared bathrooms were decent and the toilets stayed clean even with quite a few people using them. A good option for a short stay.

I ended up spending my last 10 hours in the airport because I couldn't face another night here. The place felt unsafe, filthy, and completely disorganized. The booking said there would be locks for personal belongings, but there weren't any. The room door locks didn't work either, so anyone staying at the hostel could enter without a card. The outlet in my room had been pulled out of the wall, and exposed wires came out whenever I unplugged my charger. There was no cell signal in the room and the WiFi didn't work. When I sat on the stairs to try to connect, the male receptionist rudely told me to leave. He got angry when I asked him to fix the WiFi and flatly refused to help. Getting there was a mess from the start. They'd asked what time I'd arrive, but I still waited outside for an hour, along with three other girls who had the same problem. Staff took at least 30 minutes to respond to any question or request. The room was disgusting, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned once during my four-day stay. The walls were so thin that I could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms, so relaxing was impossible. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone. Before my arrival, they asked me for my check-in time, yet I was left waiting outside for an hour with three other girls who were in the same situation. Bed bugs, and big ones. I checked in on 14NOV. The front desk guy was kind and moved me to another room, but that bed had bed bugs too. I'm moving to a different hostel tonight and trying to get a refund. The boss is being cagey.
