We had a comfortable stay in a spacious apartment with a sensible layout, and check-in was smooth. The location was very good. There was a dishwasher problem, and it took a while to work out how serious it was, but the team was helpful and even replaced the machine on Christmas Eve, which we really appreciated. The apartment is a little worn in spots, though. Some furniture could use an update, and the bed is quite small despite there being room for a bigger one. A few updates would make this an excellent stay. I would have given five stars otherwise.

I stayed here with my mom and sister in an apartment by the Arc de Triomf and its subway station. It has a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The sofa bed was comfortable enough, and the microwave worked fine. Some things look worn, including the flickering stairwell lights and the questionable bathroom door handle. The rainshower head was the biggest problem: most of its holes were blocked, and some water sprayed off to the side of the shower. With a bit of fixing up, this place could be perfect.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, and the information sent ahead of time was really helpful. We loved the location and had an exceptional stay. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

The apartment feels very new, with plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and everything nicely set up. The location is handy too, right by Arc De Trimof metro station and Ciutadella Park. Families with young kids can easily get to the Barcelona Zoo. If you want to cook, Santa Caterina Market and two Asian supermarkets are nearby.

We were happy with everything. It’s a big, lovely apartment in a nice location, easy to reach, and the information provided beforehand was clear. It also had all the important things we needed for a comfortable stay.
