The apartment was in a good location and very clean and nice. My concern is getting the $300 deposit back. I cleaned the place carefully, but even two weeks after checkout I still hadn't received the refund. The agent just told me to contact the owner. My phone was stolen on the subway on the way to the airport. I tried to give the agent my new credit card number, but they said it wasn't necessary. Nearly 10 days after checkout, I still hadn't got my deposit back. Just be aware.

We were really pleased to get an earlier check-in since our flight arrived very early, so thank you for that. The apartment felt airy and clean. It was old, but had modern amenities and enough cupboard space. There was plenty of heating and hot water, and the elevator was very good even though it was as old as the apartment. The couch was comfortable to sleep on. Wi-Fi worked very well in the living room, but didn't reach either bedroom.

The split layout worked well for us, with three rooms in one section and two in another. Two looked onto a quiet courtyard; the other three faced the street, which gets a little lively, though that seems typical for the Example area. There are lots of cafés, restaurants, and shops close by. The apartment was spacious, clean, and furnished with what we needed, including two bathrooms. We really enjoyed staying here and would gladly come back.

That terrace and its view were the best part. The apartment was very clean and in a good spot, and check-in was easy and straightforward.

Everything worked and the apartment had all the equipment we needed. A very nice place, and I'd stay here again.
